Here you will find information about the VSETH IT infrastructure and our IT services. This includes answers to the most frequently asked questions and our contact details. Our new newsfeed on the homepage keeps you up to date and informs you about current events such as migrations or updates.

As of now, licensed Zoom accounts are no longer managed by ISG. Instead students and employees may now order a licensed Zoom accounts from the ETH IT Services directly via email at servicedesk@id.ethz.ch. Existing licenses are not impacted by this. More information may be found here.
As of today, the IT user documentation is published in a revised format. It should become clearer and more user-friendly! Please write to us if links do not work, important information is missing or anything else should be revised. We are happy to receive your feedback at vseth-it-support@ethz.ch.
